Friedhelm Althans is head of the organised crime unit of the of the Bochum police force, which worked on what is probably the biggest case of match-fixing ever in Europe.
In the video, he talks about his experiences and explains, among other things, how he was able to detect a global criminal network and how players, trainers, referees and officials are selected and approached by such networks.
